ㅤTerms of Service
By purchasing a commission or receiving a free request, you automatically agree to these Terms of Service.
- Commissions are for personal use only, commercial use or merchandising is not allowed. You may not profit from my art.- I reserve the right to deny any commission request.- Please be prepared to provide sufficient references for characters, pose, piece, color palette, etc.- If you are not able to provide sufficient references, be aware that I will take liberties.
(If you do not have enough references and still want to commission, DM me! We can discuss it.)- If you'd like me to base your commission off one of my previous pieces of art, please feel free to send it over!- Being rude or impolite risks losing the commission. I have the right to deny a commission to anyone who is rude.
(You are not guaranteed to receive a refund.)- Finished commissions will be posted on my social media. Please specify, when requesting and paying for your commission, if you would like for it to remain a private piece.- Commissions can be posted and used on your account only with credit, and never without.
(Please tag my account directly.)- You cannot claim my commissions as your own work.- Commissions have the potential to take up to three months (or more) to complete.
(Sorry, I'm a college student :c)- No refunds will be issued after the artwork is finished.- A full refund will only be issued if no work has been started on the piece.- A partial refund may be issued if the piece is in-progress.
(This is at my discretion.)- Minor revisions are allowed for free.- Excessive revisions requested after the sketching phase will be charged for.
(Please make the bulk of your revision requests during the sketching phase! I will update consistently.)- You are not allowed to use your commission(s) to mint an NFT or train an AI. I will never draw art for the purpose of NFTs or AI.- Payment will be received up front, in full, and in USD, and only then will I begin the commission.- Payment will be received through Paypal Invoice or Ko-Fi.
(If you need another way to pay, feel free to tell me in your request! We can talk.)- I will communicate the status of the commission through Discord and/or Email.
(When making your request, please list your preferred messaging platform and your email address and/or Discord handle.)- The final commission will be emailed to you as a 300 dpi JPEG and/or 300 dpi PNG.
(Please let me know when requesting if you are expecting a different final result.)
(PNGTubers are delivered differently.)- Final PNGTuber models will be emailed to you as a ready-to-use .veado file to load into VeadoTube Mini. You will also receive GIF files of your PNGTuber (2000px, 300dpi.)
(If you need your PNGTuber to be prepared in a different format, please let me know upon request!)- Commissions can be purchased for other people.- You must be 18+, or have written consent from someone who is 18+, to purchase a commission.
(Your personal information will be fully confidential.)- To commission NSFW art, you must DM me beforehand, and you must pay through PayPal invoice. Payment through Ko-Fi will not be accepted for NSFW commissions.- NSFW art will cost an additional 25% of the final cost.

ㅤCopyright & Terms of Use
- I have the right to use and post the finished commission on my social media or use it in my artistic gallery. However, if you'd like it to not be posted on social medias, please clarify up-front when commissioning, and this will be respected.- Commissions can only be posted with credit. Please tag me or include credit somehow. This also applies to use as profile picture/banner.- Editing the commission is strictly prohibited. This includes removal of the watermark/signature. Similarly, you are not allowed to trace, copy, or repost this artwork as if it were yours.- You are not allowed to use these commissions to mint an NFT or train an AI. I will never draw art for the purpose of NFTs or AI.- You are not allowed to use this commission commercially, or profit off of it in any way.
