By purchasing a commission or receiving a free request, you automatically agree to these Terms of Service.

- Commissions are for personal use only, commercial use or merchandising is not allowed. You may not profit from my art.- I reserve the right to deny any commission request.- Please be prepared to provide sufficient references for characters, pose, piece, color palette, etc. If not, be prepared for me to take liberties. (If you do not have enough references and still want to commission, DM me! We can discuss it.)- If you'd like me to base your commission off one of my previous pieces of art, please feel free to send it over!- Being rude or impolite risks losing the commission. I have the right to deny a commission to anyone who is rude. (You are not guaranteed to receive a refund.)- Finished commissions will be posted on my social media unless specified otherwise.- Commissions can be posted and used on your account only with credit, and never without. (Please tag my account directly)- You cannot claim my commissions as your own work.- Commissions have the potential to take up to three months (or more) to complete.- No refunds will be issued after the artwork is finished.- Minor revisions are allowed for free, but anything excessive will not be allowed, or must be paid for.- You are not allowed to use these commissions to mint an NFT or train an AI. I will never draw art for the purpose of NFTs or AI.- Payment will be received up front, in USD, and only then will I begin the commission.- Commissions can be purchased for other people.

ㅤPayment & Refunds

- My preferred method of payment is Ko-Fi. I will take PayPal or Venmo payments upon request. Feel free to DM on Ko-Fi or email ([email protected]) if you'd like to discuss your commission before purchasing!- No refunds. Minor adjustments to the final product can be made, but anything too big will be either denied or charged for. I will make sure to send updates during the artistic process, where you can make your edits and revisions (optimally during the sketching phase).- Payment will be received up front, in USD, and only then will I begin the commission. If you purchase on Ko-Fi, you are paying 100% up-front. If you purchase via PayPal/Venmo, you have the option to pay 50% up-front and 50% upon completion, but only if I agree to it.- Commissions can be purchased for other people.

ㅤCopyright & Terms of Usage

- I have the right to use and post the finished commission on my social medias or use it in my artistic gallery. However, if you'd like it to not be posted on social medias, please clarify up-front when commissioning, and this will be respected.- Commissions can only be posted with credit. Please tag me or include credit somehow. This also applies to use as profile picture/banner.- Editing the commission is strictly prohibited. This includes removal of the watermark/signature. Similarly, you are not allowed to trace, copy, or repost this artwork as if it were yours.- You are not allowed to use these commissions to mint an NFT or train an AI. I will never draw art for the purpose of NFTs or AI.

Chibi Illustration [$10]

A flat color chibi illustration of your character of choice!
- Can be OC or fanart

- Basic cel-shading is available as an add-on!
- Finished piece will have my signature on it.One chibi illustration is $10; additional character can be added for an additional $10. Basic cel-shading is $6. I Draw Your Splatoon Character [$30]

A full-body, flat color illustration of your Splatoon character!
- Will draw from your in-game model or handmade reference sheet!

- Basic cel-shading and rendering are available as add-ons!
- Finished piece will have my signature on it.One full-body illustration is $30; additional character can be added for an additional $30. Basic cel-shading is $10 and rendering is $15. For rendering, you have a choice of rendering style.
